Orders are normally shipped 1 day after receiving the order. We only guarantee same-day shipping for EXPRESS orders.
All orders are shipped via CTT Portugal Post (registered shipment with tracking information). The tracking number will be sent to you by email when the item is shipped.
For STANDARD orders the delivery period displayed at checkout is estimated, it may vary depending on the post office in the country of destination and does not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
For EXPRESS orders, the delivery period displayed at checkout is the period guaranteed by the carrier. These orders have to be placed until 14:00 WEST to meet the deadlines presented.
