Return Request

To place an exchange or return request you have to do 2 steps:

STEP 1

Please send the piece to the following address:

* by mail with tracking

* within 14 days of receiving the order

* After sending the piece to our address, don´t forget to do the Step 2. No refund or exchange will be made without sending the information requested in the second step.
