1. MINIMUM AGE
By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
2. COLORS ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES
The colors displayed on electronic devices are approximate colors so they may be slightly different from the actual colors of the products. These colors also change from device to device.
K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® cannot be held responsible for any deviations between the color of the product and the color of the product as displayed on the site.
3. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
3.1. K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® has the right to cancel the order. If K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® is unable to deliver the products within 14 days after the confirmation of acceptance of the order, it will notify the client accordingly. In such event, the client can decide to either agree to a new delivery date or to dissolve the Agreement without incurring any costs.
3.2. K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery process.
3.3. As long as K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® has not received full payment for the products, we will retain the ownership of the products.
3.4. As soon as the product has been delivered to the delivery address submitted by the client, the risk of the product fully transfers to the client.
3.5. We advise the client to inspect the products upon receipt and to report any defects within 2 working days after delivery by email.
3.6. The Client must inform K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® of its wish to return or exchange the product by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within the period of 14 days after the product has been delivered to the client.
3.7. Returned Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with the hygienic protection, packaging and tags intact. We advise you to try the products with your underwear. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the aforementioned conditions, will not be accepted.
3.8. The Client is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. We advise you to choose the registered shipment with tracking information. Please note: unregistered shipments that are not delivered to K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® cannot be exchanged or returned.
3.9. After receiving and accepting the returned products, K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® will refund you or make the exchange within 14 days. Please note: the value of shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping costs to send to you the new product will be charged. We will send to you our bank details, so you can pay the shipping. If the item is of a higher value we will also send this amount to be paid. After receiving the payment proof, we will send your order again.
For returns of defective products K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® will refund the shipping cost. However, packaging costs will not be refunded because K I N orders are shipped in a box that is appropriate for reuse. So when opening the order do not damage the box so that it can be used again in case of exchanges / returns.
4. CASES WHERE RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® only accept exchanges or returns when the product is delivered and there is a justifiable reason to proceed with the exchange / return:
- Returned Products that are used, washed, damaged and without the hygienic protection, packaging and tags are not refundable;
- Unregistered shipments that are not delivered to K I N Beachwear By Mariana Neves® cannot be exchanged or returned;
- Orders that are not delivered because they are not picked up at the post office or because the customer entered the wrong address are not refundable. If the customer wants the order to be sent again, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
- The product pages contain all the information about the products. Before making the purchase, please check all the information. Returns that are made because the buyer has not verified the information will not be accepted.
4 . LOCAL TAXES
Local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
