RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
PURCHASE OF SWIMWEAR
IF YOU BUY IN OUR ONLINE STORE: We accept returns or exchanges if you are not happy with your purchase. 14 days after delivery of the order to make an exchange or return.
IF YOU BUY IN STORE (Praça do Príncipe Real 26, Embaixada, 2nd floor, FV Concept Store, Lisboa): You can exchange in the store if you are not happy with your purchase. Returns are not accepted. 30 days after purchase to exchange.
Returned Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with the hygienic protection, packaging and tags intact. Please note, if the hygienic protection and tags are removed, the products cannot be exchanged or returned. We advise you to try the products with your underwear. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the aforementioned conditions, will not be accepted.
1. REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN IN OUR ONLINE STORE
To make a return or exchange is very easy. Just make the exchange / return request on our website and schedule the pick up of the package.
Before making an exchange/return request, please read the conditions carefully:
1.1 Items must be returned within 14 days after the product has been delivered to you. During the month of December the return time is extended until January 5.
1.2. After receiving and accepting the returned products, we will refund you or make the exchange within 14 days.
1.3. To make an exchange or return, the shipping costs are your responsibility:

After we receive the piece and approve the exchange, we will send to you a payment link, so you can pay the shipping. The amount is the same as what you paid to receive the order.
IF YOU MAKE A RETURN: the shipping costs to send the package to our address will be deducted from the total value of the order. The amount to be charged will appear when making the return request.
1.4. You can choose between two ways of refunding: money refund, returned by the same payment method you placed the order; or receive 115% credit for use in our online store, with no expiration date.
1.5. Please send the piece for exchange in the same packaging that received your order. By sending your exchange in the same packaging as your order, you are helping to reduce waste.

2. PURCHASE OF FABRICS
Purchase of Fabrics is not eligible for exchanges and returns.
3. CASES WHERE RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE:
- Returned Products that are used, washed, damaged and without the hygienic protection, packaging and tags are not refundable;
- Returned products that were not communicated through our returns portal or that were not returned through our pick up carrier;
- Unregistered shipments that are not delivered to us cannot be exchanged or returned;
- Orders that are not delivered because they are not picked up at the post office or because the customer entered the wrong address are not refundable. If the customer wants the order to be sent again, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
- Products sold in the Sample Sale are not eligible for exchanges and returns;
- The purchase of Fabrics is not eligible for exchanges and returns.
